Dr. Sarah Mitchell
Dr. Mitchell has been practicing veterinary medicine for over 20 years. A graduate of UC Davis School of Veterinary Medicine, she took over Abey Pet in 2010 and has been dedicated to providing affordable, compassionate care to the Antioch community ever since. She has a special interest in soft tissue surgery and preventive medicine.
Dr. James Rodriguez
Dr. Rodriguez joined Abey Pet in 2016 after completing his DVM at Texas A&M University. He is passionate about internal medicine and has advanced training in ultrasound diagnostics. His calm, patient demeanor puts even the most anxious pets at ease. Outside the clinic, he volunteers with local animal rescue organizations.
Dr. Maria Gonzalez
Dr. Gonzalez earned her DVM from Cornell University and brings expertise in veterinary dentistry and feline medicine to our team. She is fluent in Spanish and English, helping us serve Antioch's diverse community. Her gentle approach and thorough explanations help pet owners feel informed and confident about their pet's care.
Ana Ramirez
Ana has been with Abey Pet for over 12 years and is the backbone of our clinical team. A licensed veterinary technician with expertise in anesthesia monitoring and surgical assistance, she ensures every procedure runs smoothly and every patient is comfortable. Her bond with long-time clients and their pets is truly special.
Miguel Torres
Miguel brings energy, skill, and a deep love for animals to every shift. A certified veterinary technician with a talent for laboratory diagnostics, he runs our in-house lab and helps deliver fast, accurate test results. His friendly smile and reassuring presence make every visit a little brighter.
Lisa Chen
Lisa keeps Abey Pet running like clockwork. With a background in healthcare administration, she manages scheduling, billing, insurance coordination, and ensures every client interaction is positive from check-in to check-out. She's the friendly voice on the phone and the problem-solver behind the scenes.
