What to Expect
Check In
Arrive a few minutes early so we can get your information in our system. Our friendly front desk team will greet you and your pet with a warm welcome.
Meet Your Vet
You'll meet one of our veterinarians who will take time to understand your pet's history, your concerns, and your goals for their health.
Full Examination
We'll perform a thorough physical exam — checking everything from nose to tail. We explain what we're doing every step of the way.
Personalized Plan
After the exam, we'll discuss findings, answer your questions, and create a customized care plan — including any needed vaccines, tests, or follow-ups.
What to Bring
Previous Medical Records
Vaccination history, lab results, and any medical records from your previous veterinarian help us provide seamless continuity of care.
List of Medications
Bring a list of all current medications, supplements, and dosages your pet is taking — including flea, tick, and heartworm preventatives.
Your Pet on a Leash or in a Carrier
For everyone's safety and comfort, dogs should be on a leash and cats should be in a secure carrier during their visit.
Questions & Concerns
Write down any questions you have about your pet's health, behavior, diet, or anything else. There are no silly questions — we want you fully informed.
